For our location in Pamplona/Spain, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

Ensure with Manufacturing, Maintenance, HR Department and the necessary actions to continuously improve the level of industrial discipline at ZF Pamplona
Coordination of Manufacturing and Maintenance areas
Supervision of B2B activities and follow-up of their daily update supervision of the activities of the PCC (SFM) and follow-up of its daily update and of the BCC in the part that affects it
Achieve and maintain a high degree of motivation and efficiency in their direct collaborators
Coordinate implementation of operational plans in its area of influence (OP, LRP...) defining the needs and objectives such as investments, expenses, staff...

Your profile:

University degree in Electronical Engineer, Automation Technology, Computer Science (IT) or a similar subject
Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment as well as leading experience
Ability to cooperate and communicate from the shop floor to management level and intercultural competence
Process thinking, hands-on mentality
Fluent Spanish and English
