Head of Customer Liasion
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Change Management: Oversee technical and commercial change management, ensuring standards are followed and updated as needed.
- Customer Engagement: Manage customer interactions related to budget impacts from change management and develop long-term relationships.
- Reporting and Coordination: Provide weekly reports on change management and commercial issues to the Managing Director, and support global account managers and finance controllers with data updates.
- Contract and Purchase Order Management: Review contracts, manage contractual issues, and handle purchase orders for service parts, coordinating with supply chain management.
- Project and Market Analysis: Track ongoing projects, participate in project evaluations, and conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure operations comply with company policies and safety laws, including IATF: 16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or management, with a background in handling technical topics.
- Experience: At least 3 years in sales, change management, project launches, and managing key accounts with B2B customers.
- Business Administration Knowledge: Good understanding of business administration.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Outstanding communication skills, strong statistical and analytical abilities, and a well-structured, organized style.
- Language Proficiency: High fluency in business English, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate in English.
