What you can look forward to as Project Manager (m/f/d):

• Project Management Support & Coaching – Assists project managers globally in defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and budgets while coaching teams for effective project execution within frameworks.
• Monitoring & Risk Management – Tracks project progress, ensures KPI awareness, manages budgets, identifies risks, and develops mitigation strategies to enhance project success.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Facilitates meetings, fosters communication, removes obstacles, and promotes an agile mindset to improve team efficiency and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Digital Transformation & Process Enhancement – Supports LeanGoesDigital initiatives, coordinates pilot rollouts, provides training materials, and refines project management practices for continuous process improvement.

Your Profile as Project Manager (m/f/d):

• Academic degree in technical field or equivalent 
• 2+ years of professional experience in project management
• Used to analyzing and solving problems, to presenting topics, to running projects and building teams
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English
