What you can look forward to as a Logistics Operations Supervisor?

• Lead and develop a team in a cutting-edge distribution center
• Oversee shift operations, logistics flows, and process prioritization
• Analyze KPIs, identify improvement areas, and optimize warehouse efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Work in a structured 2 shifts system (operating hours: 6:00–22:00), occasionally Saturdays

Your Profile as Logistics Operations Supervisor?

• University degree in a technical field (engineering, logistics, industrial management, etc.) or economic field with technical thinking
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong leadership potential—you take initiative, make decisions, and drive results
• Fluent Czech and communicative English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
