Job Description

What you can look forward to as Lean Promotion Officer?

• plan and achieve ZF production system and continuous improvement system goals through the Plant Roadmap
• support plant management in evaluating and improving processes using ZF production system methods
• train plant personnel in ZF PS methods and lead workshops to improve safety, quality, productivity, and costs
• identify waste and improvement opportunities in processes, and ensure the exchange of know-how within the ZFPS/LPO community
• promote ZF way

Your Profile as Lean Promotion Officer:

• high school or university education in technical or economic fields
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the field of lean management
• experience in the automotive industry or preferably in supply chain management (distribution, supply chain, logistics)
• fluent knowlage of English language
