Inbound/Outbound Expert (m/f/d)

About the Team:

Responsible for managing the physical flow of goods within the Distribution Center (DC), covering inbound (receiving), warehouse operations, and outbound (shipping). Ensures smooth material flow, high inventory accuracy, and fulfillment of service level targets. Supports compliance with customs and trade requirements by providing accurate and timely operational data.

• Responsible for the physical flow of goods within the Distribution Center; Ensures smooth execution of processes from receiving through shipping.
• Coordinate incoming deliveries from suppliers; Verify deliveries; Ensure timely and accurate goods receipt posting; Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee proper storage and handling of goods; Ensure high inventory accuracy; Support physical inventories and cycle counting; Optimize warehouse processes and layout.
• Plan and coordinate shipments to customers; Ensure order completeness and accuracy; Meet delivery deadlines and SLA requirements; Cooperate with carriers and logistics partners.
• Responsible for accuracy of operational data related to goods movements; Provide data inputs for customs clearance and Intrastat reporting; Support resolution of operational issues.

• Monitor KPIs; Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements; Support process standardization and lean initiatives.

Your profile as Inbound/Outbound Expert:

• Bachelor's degree (recently completed or in final year) in Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field — OR equivalent practical experience in a logistics/SAP environment.
• Basic exposure to WMS or ERP systems (academic projects, internships, or first job experience qualify).
• Demonstrable interest in AI tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot, Gemini) — practical use in studies, personal projects, or work. Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Czech and English.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn end-to-end warehouse processes from the ground up.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to spend time on the warehouse floor with operators and team leaders.
• Basic analytical thinking — ability to look at data and ask "why?".
• Creative problem-solving instinct, even at a beginner level.
