What you can look forward to as Head of Strategy (m/f/d):

• Steer & drive annual strategy process within Company in cooperation with all functions
• Review & challenge regional strategies in terms of ambition & guardrails
• Support synergy projects as well as business excellence projects
• Derive key implications/guardrails as input for the Company strategy planning considering e.g.​ Megatrends, Business Trends, Regulations, “Voice of customer ​& customer strategies”, Competitor Strategies, Technology Trends​

Your profile as Head of Strategy (m/f/d):

• Relevant commercial & technical background with expertise in automotive and several years of operative business experience
• Leadership, communication and advanced social skills, collaborative and decision-oriented
• Strategy management and business mindset: driving analyses, deriving strategic implications, making recommendations for decision taking, fostering decision taking
• Ability to work in a matrix organization - act as driver and motivator
