About the Team: 
With integrated solutions and the entire ZF product portfolio, the ZF Aftermarket Division of ZF Friedrichshafen AG guarantees the performance and efficiency of vehicles throughout their life cycle. Its combination of established product brands, digital innovations, customized products and services, and a worldwide service network has made ZF a sought-after partner and number two in the global automotive aftermarket. The Key Account Manager, Aftermarket OES will be responsible for maintaining ZF as a preferred and reliable partner by managing all dimensions of the NA aftermarket account. The focus is on continuously improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing the customer/supplier relationship through translation of the voice of the customer into the right customer strategy and serving as the central conduit for all customer related activities.
   


What you can look forward to as an OES Key Account Manager: 
•    Lead the request for quotation process for all customer requests
•    Execute sales growth strategies
•    Ensure the organization is responsive to customer needs, expectations and requests and communicate these throughout our organization
•    Strengthen the account team fulfilling all internal and external expectations
•    Maintain product development strategies in the BU’s to fulfill customer and market needs
•    Drive and support key account initiatives
•    Support all negotiations with the customers
•    Deliver consistently high service levels across the value chain from product development, through manufacturing, to delivery
•    Build customer relationships across all levels

 

Your Profile as an OES Key Account Manager: 
•    Technical/Sales background as well as outstanding leadership qualities managing multidisciplinary teams with high levels of ambiguity/uncertainty, preferred

•    Five years of experience with direct Commercial OES relationships. Aftermarket experience preferred
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
•    Ability to manage multiple projects daily

•    Strong customer & supplier interface
•    Financial/Business skills
•    Ability to interface at all levels of the organization

•    Negotiation/Relationship management skills
