Your Tasks as Team Lead Project Management Pool:

• Responsible for In-Country management of the Project Managers of Division E located in Serbia, as well as for managing operational tasks within its department
• Responsible for complying with all processes and procedural instructions related to project management standards of Division E 
• Direct the activities of the Project Management team / hub and determine how team resources should be allocated across projects
• Establish tools and systems to track Daily, Weekly and Monthly project reports and deliverables while working with Divisional Project Management Organization and Project Managers to ensure the completion and submission of all required reports
• Build a Community of Practice for Good Project Management across the organization involving Project multifunctional teams

Your Profile as Team Lead Project Management Pool:

• University degree in Project Management, MBA or Technical related studies is required
• Strong experience of at least 5+ years of relevant work experience in international companies
• Direct experience working on at least 2+ years in Automotive projects as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Team lead 
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate international and local staff into a cohesive team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
