We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Novi Sad.

Your tasks and responsibilities as a Team Lead Functional Safety Management:

• Responsible for managing the team "Functional Safety Management ". In this scope the leadership includes all disciplinary and functional related activities to develop, validate and optimize Electric Drive Systems with its components and interfaces according to laws and standards as well as technical and commercial aspects.
• Responsible for the task, resource and budget planning of the team. Moreover, process owner for the "Functional Safety Management” and primary connection for other departments.
• Responsible within the team to cover and support internal and external customers, escalation level for all local topics regarding “Functional Safety Management”.
• Harmonization and evaluation of the Technical Safety Concept with customers and specialized departments.
• Ensuring the creation and monitoring of Safety Requirements for internal and external suppliers.
• Ensuring process adherence in the “Functional Safety Management” including project targets in timing, costs and product quality.
• Ensuring via integration and evolution of system competency first class system organization and engineering., supporting the project management and other functional departments (worldwide) to succeed current projects and acquire new business.

Your profile as a Team Lead Functional Safety Management:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Advanced experience, preferably in a powertrain and/or e-Mobility product development environment in the automotive industry.
• Advanced knowledge in the System Processes (ASPICE / V-model) and system related norms, especially the ISO26262, including Requirements Management, Functional System Design, System Validation, Risk and Problem Management, as well as Change and Configuration Management.
• Systematic, analytical and target oriented way of working with strong sense of responsibility, proven ability to work independently and lead engineering staff.
• Full proficiency in English – both written and verbal.
