Software Quality Engineer

We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Novi Sad.

 

Your tasks: 

 

  • Planning and execution of quality assurance activities in the field of electric drives  

  • Responsibility of analysis and reviews of the development process within the function and software development   

  • Coordination with the software project management, suppliers, and customers  

  • Creation of quality metrics and statistical analysis; derivation of adequate measurements to increase the project quality  

  • Support of the management in the execution of quality assurance measures  

  • Close cooperation and steady alignment with the parallel development team in Germany 

 

Your profile: 

 

  • Final degree preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or similar fields  

  • Hand on experience in Automotive Software/System development and quality engineering  

  • Knowledge of relevant quality management norms like ASPICE and IATF16949  

  • Good communication skills and self-organizing methods as well as the ability to work in a team  

  • Fluent written and spoken English required, German knowledge is helpful
