We are looking for a new colleague for our division of electrified powertrain technology at the location in Novi Sad to support projects from renowned vehicle manufacturers worldwide.
Your tasks:
- Analyze and evaluate functional requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with testing standards and specifications.
- Perform functional testing on inverters for electric vehicles, using high-voltage (HV) test bench setups.
- Execute automated and manual tests to validate electric drive systems' performance, functionality, and reliability.
- Development & execution of test cases specifically for electric drive systems.
- Identify and resolve issues related to testing equipment, software or hardware, ensuring smooth testing operations.
- Analysis, Evaluation & Pre-Rating of system test results.
- Creation of test reports, prepare detailed, accurate test reports documenting results, deviations, and recommendations for improvement.
- Presentation of test results to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in test processes and methods.
Your profile:
- B. Sc. or M. Sc. in electrical engineering, mechatronics, information technology or a similar degree with at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of automotive industry.
- Experience with data evaluation tools (INCA, CANoe/CANape) and software tools for automated test management and execution (TestStand or similar)
- Strong understanding of electric drive systems and related technologies, including inverters and power electronics.
- Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as CAN and FlexRay.
- Experience in using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as DOORS, CodeBeamer or similar for requirements management, traceability, defect tracking and task management.
- Experience in performing functional tests on electric drive systems is highly desirable.
- High Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic working environment.
- Working independently in large international project teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Mandatory Business-fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of programming languages Python, C# or MATLAB is an advantage.
