Logistics Process Engineer

About the Team:

We are seeking an English-speaking professional for our logistics team, who possesses strong decision-making skills and demonstrates a proactive approach to proposing solutions.

What you can look forward to as Logistics Process Engineer:

• Lead new product introduction (NPI) projects and drive the implementation of innovative logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Plan and coordinate logistics activities for new product launches.
• Manage change and launch processes, including the creation, maintenance, and control of technical documentation.
• Optimize material flows, storage concepts, and automated material handling processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support inventory management initiatives, including the implementation of consignment stock and bonded warehouse solutions.
• Analyze logistics and operational performance data, prepare KPI reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your profile as Logistics Process Engineer:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• 3 years of working experience in operations and relevant functions
• Experience with Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Experience with SAP
• Results, process and problem solving oriented
• Knowledge in Delivery, Production and Launch Readiness
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, German language knowledge is an advantage

Monthly wage from 2 000 € (including basic wage component *, premiums, bonuses). The salary depends on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
