PeopleSoft/Kronos (UKG) HR Functional Analyst

About the team:
The individual should have a good working knowledge of HR processes, data definitions, and regulatory requirements related to HR and payroll functions. They will work closely with the end-users of the supported applications along with many HR Functional leader groups (e.g., benefits, compensation, pension administration, etc.) and COEs. The team is responsible for supporting the North American HR/Payroll applications like PeopleSoft, UKG/Kronos, MHRIS, Success Factors, and others.
What you can look forward to as an PeopleSoft/Kronos (UKG) HR Functional Analyst:
- Support the North America HR Systems team with digital HR transformation and standardization projects in alignment with global HR strategy and regional requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support coordination between HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners, HR Operations/Shared Services, local HR, IT, and other key partners to deliver efficient digitalized HR services.
- Ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement of key HR systems and related technical integrations.
- Leverage HR reporting and analytics tools to deliver insights and data to the business as well as to ensure HR data accuracy within and across key systems.
- Support HR and end-users with training, change management, and resolving technical issues concerning HR systems and digitalized HR processes.
- May be responsible for PeopleSoft User Access/Security Administration.
- Support other tasks as assigned by HR leadership.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR systems support experience with at least one of the required applications: PeopleSoft, or UKG/Kronos.
- Experience in supporting and maintaining PeopleSoft Core HR, North American Payroll, Global Payroll Modules and knowledge of UKG/Kronos Workforce Central and Workforce Management Pro a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft and/or UKG/Kronos system issues reported by HR staff and payroll administrators, ensuring timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR/Payroll/Benefits teams, IT personnel, and vendor support to address complex issues and ensure effective collaboration.
- Expert ability to set up new pay rules, accruals, profiles & PTO policies. Ability to build hyperlinks, data views & reports to support business needs.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assist in generating HR and Payroll related reports using the tools available in PeopleSoft and/or UKG/Kronos applications.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and issue resolution procedures to create a knowledge base for future reference.
- Ability to build hyperlinks, data views & reports to support business needs.
- Expert ability to set up new pay rules, accruals, profiles & PTO policies.
- Willingness and ability to train and teach other application users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Good working knowledge of core HR processes.
