About the Team

Reporting to the Compensation Leader - Americas, the Senior Compensation Analyst acts as a regional compensation consultant and project manager for HR programs, processes, policies, and standards. This role involves complex analysis and providing expertise in developing and managing compensation policies and programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The analyst serves as the primary contact for internal customers on compensation initiatives and global projects.

 

What you can look forward to as the Senior Compensation Analyst: 

  • Advise plant and international HR management on compensation topics.
  • Act as a regional expert for job evaluation committees and global compensation projects.
  • Lead projects to enhance regional compensation programs.
  • Develop and implement compensation plans and processes.
  • Provide guidance on HR programs, tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Design regional compensation strategies in response to economic, regulatory, and internal changes.
  • Conduct job evaluations and ensure FLSA compliance.
  • Maintain job description templates and job code library.
  • Manage the annual compensation planning process.
  • Complete salary surveys and adjust national salary structures.
  • Administer the ZF-Incentive Program, including data management and payment calculations.
  • Develop and deliver compensation training.
  • Develop and maintain compensation tools and databases.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and analysis.
  • Stay updated with professional knowledge through workshops, training, and networking.
  • Ensure compliance with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 standards.

 

Your profile as the Senior Compensation Analyst: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, HRIS).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
