About the Team: 
The IT Audit Supervisor leads audit activities, including evaluating critical business processes, preparing audit findings, and ensuring compliance with IIA standards, while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement in audit approaches. The role requires expertise in cybersecurity, strong analytical and communication skills, professional certifications, and experience in internal or external audit functions.

What you can look forward to as IT Audit Supervisor:

• Coordination of audit results with management and reporting to management including recommendation of improvements.
• Identification, testing, and evaluation of business-critical processes.
• Training, mentoring, and further development of team members.
• Preparation and presentation of audit findings and recommendations.
• Assessment and advisory on the methodical development of directives, processes and procedures, assessment on the functioning and reliability of the internal control system (ICS).
• Creation of audit report including findings, finding classification in context of business impact and agreement of measures and actions to mitigate the identified risks.
• Continuous development and improvement of audit approach.
• Provide field leadership including training and developing other team members.
• Assisting audit manager in developing the Plan of Engagement (PoE).
• Performance of non-audit engagement activities.
• Ability to develop audit procedures that address specific risks.
• Ensuring compliance with the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA, DIIR).

Your profile as IT Audit Supervisor:

• University degree in information technology, data science, finance, business or similar.
• Six to eight years of professional experience in an external or internal audit function.
• Subject matter auditing experience in Cyber Security, Production Cyber Security and Product Cyber Security.
• Strong organizational, management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Conflict management abilities, intercultural competence.
• Professional audit certification(s) (CISA, CIA or other relevant) mandatory.
