About the Team

The Regional Finance Team drives financial governance and performance across the region, collaborating closely with RU controllers and Divisional Representatives to ensure transparency, standardization, accuracy, and compliance.

 

What you can look forward to as a Finance Team Lead: 

  • Partner with divisions to coordinate regional finance activities, measures, and planning processes.

  • Consolidate and present regional financial performance to key stakeholders, supporting CEO and CFO decision-making.

  • Conduct financial and special analyses to assess performance, derive recommendations, and drive improvements across divisions and functions.

  • Ensure quality, plausibility, and timeliness of data, reports, and planning processes within the HUB and regional units.

  • Coordinate with divisional controllers and global teams (FCZ, Z-RU, ACT-Tools) to resolve data, process, and reporting issues.

  • Lead and support regional and global projects (e.g., S4 Hana, digital solutions) to strengthen financial processes and systems.

  • Provide training and guidance to users on controlling, reporting, and ACT processes to build regional capabilities.

  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting excellence, and regional financial outcomes.

 

Your profile as a Finance Team Lead: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of accounting and financial experience.

  • Strong expertise in controlling processes, standards, and ICS controls within finance organizations.

  • Proven track record in financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation with proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI, and related tools.

  • Skilled in planning, implementing, and tracking financial measures with strong analytical capabilities.

  • Experienced in project management, process improvement, and driving digitalization initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of key business processes and functions across divisions.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.

  • Desirable experience in team leadership and management.
