Technical Trainer

 

Objective

Accelerate onboarding, improve workforce qualification, reduce early attrition, and support workforce stabilization at NMN.


Training & Onboarding

•    Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new operators.
•    Deliver hands-on training for direct and indirect employees.
•    Support cross-training and workforce flexibility initiatives.
•    Accelerate employee time-to-productivity.


Training Materials & Documentation

•    Create, update, and maintain training materials.
•    Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
•    Standardize work instructions across production areas.


Qualification & Knowledge Transfer

•    Establish structured knowledge transfer processes.
•    Develop written tests, practical assessments, and certification processes.
•    Verify employee competency and qualification levels.


Coaching & Workforce Development

•    Observe employees performing tasks and provide coaching.
•    Teach best practices related to productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
•    Recommend deployment of employees based on skill and knowledge levels.


Training Governance & Tracking

•    Create and maintain the training matrix.
•    Track training completion and qualification status.
•    Link training levels and competencies to skill progression and pay brackets where applicable.


Workforce Stabilization

•    Support onboarding and retention efforts.
•    Improve success rate of Temp-to-Perm conversions.
•    Reduce early turnover through structured training and employee support.
