About the Team

ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. designs and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components, controls, and brake systems for off-highway machines. The Logistics Coordinator is part of the Supply Chain team and plays a key role in supporting plant logistics operations.  This position works closely with Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, customers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient material flow, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

What you can look forward to as Logistics Coordinator:

• Coordinate domestic and international logistics activities to ensure efficient material flow and on-time customer deliveries.
• Create, review, and distribute shipping and export documentation to customers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics requirements directly with customers, including customer portals and transportation systems.
• Partner with Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and logistics providers to support operational requirements.
• Define packaging requirements and ensure compliance with customer-specific packaging standards and transportation regulations.
• Monitor logistics performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Serve as a key plant contact for logistics-related topics and support cross-functional projects as assigned.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams to support service excellence and operational performance.

Your Profile as Logistics Coordinator:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years experience of logistics, manufacturing, inventory management, or transportation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, customer requirements, packaging concepts, and transportation processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, customers, and logistics partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and logistics concepts.
• Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future. 

The expected base compensation for this role is $51,800 – 64,800 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
