About the Team 
ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. designs and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components, controls, and brake systems for off-highway machines. 
 
The Project Manager leads cross-functional product development projects within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that meet quality, cost, and timing targets while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product management, and customer teams. The position also supports risk management and structured project execution processes.
 
What you can look forward to as Project Manager: 

• Lead projects from planning through production launch. 
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans. 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. 
• Facilitate reviews and ensure compliance with development and quality standards. 
• Monitor project risks, issues, scope, and performance metrics. 
• Communicate project status and key updates to stakeholders. 
• Support prototype builds, engineering changes, and production readiness activities. 
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. 
• Drive continuous improvement and operational alignment. 
• Support successful transition into series production.
   

Your Profile as Project Manager: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP preferred. 
• 3-5 years experience project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives. 
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholders. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills. 
• Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, and product development processes. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP. 
• Understanding of quality systems, ISO 9001, and continuous improvement methods. 
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and influence diverse teams. 
• Experience supporting product launches and change management activities. 

The expected base compensation for this role is $97,800 - $122,300 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
