What you can look forward to as Quality Engineer: 

• Analyze data and metrics to assess quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the implementation and adherence to quality systems, process standards, and standards across all phases the design and manufacture of our products.
• Participate or lead ISO audit, PED/PER audit, customer audits, internal audits, or external audits as directed.
• Lead applications of analytical methods such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, PDCA Cycle, DMAIC, and DOE.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Engineering and Operations teams to understand the voice of the customer to ensure manufacturing processes are robust and capable to meet or exceed requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Engineering to influence the customer perspective with data and sound analysis.
• Lead process improvement efforts to identify systematic issues and implement corrective actions to sustainably fix quality issues within the organization.

What are the preferred requirements?

• Bachelor of Science degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Quality Management System (QMS) expertise
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certified
• Knowledge of SAP and/or similar database management systems
• ISO 9001-2015 Certified Lead Auditor
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Systems
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software such as Minitab

Your Profile as Quality Engineer: 

• Quality Management System (QMS) Expertise, ISO 9001-2015, Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FEMA).
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis. 8D, Fishbone, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), PDCA Cycle, DMAIC, and other continuous improvement tools.
• Risk management. Identify potential risks, evaluate their impact, and implement strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
• Oral and written communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate quality objectives, and provide guidance and support to other QA department personnel.
• Trian and develop personnel on the implementation of quality systems, best practices, and standards.
• Metrology Expertise: Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA), select proper measurement instruments and tolerance capability for adequate inspection.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Experience with statistical software such as Minitab.
