About the Team:

The Maintenance and Facilities Team plays a pivotal role at ZF Off Highway Solutions by providing shop floor support for production equipment and facilities. The department's commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability and hands-on problem-solving reflects our proactive and adaptive approach, making us a key contributor to the overall success of the company.

What you can look forward to as a Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor:

• Foster collaboration with operations, ensuring production equipment is in a functional and reliable state
• Participate in fiscal budget planning discussions including expenses and results of continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate equipment manufacturers to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and issue PMs to production equipment
• Participate in root cause analysis using 8D, lean 6 sigma, 5 why analysis, etc.
• Track monthly KPIs such as meant timbe between failure (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR) to judge performance and develop actions to drive performance
• Prioritize workload for 5 maintenance technicians
• Prescribe PMs for production equipment and facilities items

Your Profile as a Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor:

• High school GED or Associates Degree with 7-9+ years of relevant experience. 
• Preferred experience working in machining (CNC ideally) and/or assembly operations.
• Preferred experience in SAP systems.
• Proven experience in manufacturing technology, or a related field. 
• Excellent written communication ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

The expected base compensation for this role is $71,935 - $90,000 annually.  Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
