About the Team: We are looking for a new colleague in our Engineering team at the Center of Competence of Friction Materials (BWGFE) for our site in Mutliva Baja (Pamplona). In this team we manage and work out the development project of friction products within the EU.

What you can look forward to as Mechanical Test Engineer (m/f/d):

• Be part of the friction materials validation team and ensure validation planning for the product (content and time)
• Perform physical tests in Particle Emission Dynamometer
• Assessment and reporting of tests utilizing the appropriate tools and equipment
• Interpret of validation results and definition of measures
• Contact with suppliers and technical services needed for the correct performance of the activities
• Collaborate in different R&D and customer application projects globally for OES and IAM (friction materials)
• Participate in continuous improvement activities. Support engineering project activities
• Customer and marketing support: Market product benchmark, Customer technical training, Sales technical support 

Your Profile as Mechanical Test Engineer (m/f/d):

• Engineering degree in a technical field (preferably mechanical, electromechanical or industrial), and ideally a first experience in engineering in the automotive industry
• Automotive components/systems experience preferred
• Electronic and Electric field knowledge will be a support for the job
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills/attitude
• Excellent communication skills, team player, ability to work in an international environment
• Proficient PC-Software knowledge, driving license
• Fluent Spanish and English
