ZF is looking for am Internal Communications Intern for our Plant in Parque Finsa Guadalupe. 

Position Summary

As an Internal Communication Intern, you will assist with the development and execution of internal communication strategies. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong writing and organizational, content creator and multimedia editing skills who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in internal communications within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assist in drafting and editing internal newsletters, announcements, videos, and other communication materials.
• Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of internal events, town halls, and other activities.
• Feedback and Surveys: Help design and distribute employee surveys and feedback forms; analyze results and compile reports.
• Internal Platforms: Update and maintain content on internal communication platforms.
• Campaign Support: Aid in the development and rollout of internal communication campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Current enrollment Communications, Graphic Designer, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
• Skills: skilled in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier) or other relevant design software for producing high-quality digital and print materials. familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills; proactive and eager to learn.
• Hybrid system (3 days at the office / 2 days at home)
• English advanced
