Talent Management Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague in the Talent Acquisition & Management Department at our location in Monterrey.

 

The Talent Management Specialist reports to the Sr. Manager, Talent Management, and assists in the designing, implementing and supporting global talent programs, including performance management and succession planning processes and systems. 


Your Responsibilities as Talent Management Specialist (m/f/d): 

  • Support the further development of the Talent Management processes and system and integrate best practices/trends 
  • Provide on-going support of talent, performance management and succession planning process and systems (esp. SAP Success Factors).
  • Analyze usability problems and suggest need for changes and test realization
  • Perform regular process monitoring and reporting and prepare presentations for different stakeholders
  • Creation of information & training materials 
  • Facilitate formal and informal trainings for HR, Manager etc.
  • Support creation of digital trainings videos to foster individual learning

 

Your Qualifications as Talent Management Specialist (m/f/d):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, social science, or behavioral science
  • Experience in talent & performance management programs
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management Software, SAP Success Factors preferred
  • Very good MS Excel skills
  • Project management skills
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Independence and reliability, ability to work in a team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Business fluent in English
  • Knowledge of assessment and survey tools is a plus
