ZF is looking for a Sustainability Supplier Trainer for our location in Monterrey.

Job Responsabilities:           

• Central contact person and multiplier within regions on the topic of sustainabiliti
• Interface and close cooperation with MM Sustainability Team but also PP and CP
• Assure regional alignment, information flow
• Support implementation of measures in the regions to contribute to ZF 2040 target
  • Integrating sustainability in business activities for individual regions
  • Training/Communication support on sustainability
  • Support supplier escalations (e.g. social compliance cases) on sustainability topics/performance
• Monitor regional regulatory developments in the area of sustainability and derive recommendations for action for the MM sustainability team
• Support the preparation of legally required ESG reports and external ESG audits
• Participation & representation in sustainability relevant regional initiative or internal meetings, such as Sustainability Business Support meetings
• Be an active partner and provide ideas and take over responsibility to foster improvements on sustainability
• Engage with ZF internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on initiatives to promote Sustainability  in ZF NA Supply Chain
• Cooperation with: Sustainability Business Support Organization (SBS Key Account PP/CP MM Sustainability, Supplier Development)         

Job requierments:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, administration, or sustainability compliance related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in commodity management, purchasing, supplier development, compliance,  sustainability topics,  e,g Green Energy,  or equivalent
• Experience in working in a global, cross-functional organizational structure.
• Proactive cooperation with other functional teams e.g., Program Purchasing, Supplier Development Engineering, Quality, Program Management, Engineering, Controlling, Product Lines, etc.
• Solid analytical, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word),Power Bi
• Detail oriented and Good with Big Data Management
• Winning mentality and persuasion skills as well as a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Energetic, responsive team player who is keen to take initiatives.
