Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) is looking to hire a Talent Marketing Specialist in Monterrey, Mexico. This individual will be responsible for creating and collaborating on talent marketing events within Mexico.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and focused talent marketing initiatives within region.
Ensure talent marketing events align with business needs and the annual marketing event timeline.
Collaborate and align with employer branding team.
Utilize talent market analytics and trends for marketing action strategies.
Interface with Talent Advisors and other Global Strategic roles to create action plans.
Build strong and long-lasting trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Drive diversity marketing strategies.
Manage budget to ensure alignment with business.
Positively contribute to and elevate team environment and development.
Initiates and leads continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience with full-cycle recruitment, ideally within technology industry
Experience managing marketing or corporate events regionally (minimum country level).
Content creation experience
Experience working with different levels of stakeholders
Executive presence and examples of strategic influence which led to specific solutions
