As a Global Strategic Sourcer, you will serve as an expert to the business on finding top talent. You will partner with other strategic level TA roles such as Talent Advisors, Talent Analysts and regional TA Managers on sourcing strategies.  

The role requires you to be agile in support of varying priorities as new initiatives develop. You will work with functions such as Finance, HR, Sales and R&D on sourcing strategies for new business wins. Your Responsibilities: 

• Educate and influence the business on the philosophy, approach and best practices of candidate discovery 

• Subject Matter Expert in inclusive sourcing strategies to advise and report at the most senior levels 

• Work with ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 

• Apply your highly specialized sourcing skills to uncover talent, capture their attention through creative outreach and build/maintain a relationship with that talent until timing and opportunity aligns to eventually convert them to a hire. 

• Research and report market data and insights globally to inform best strategies 

• Partner with other global TA Sourcing Specialists to find highly technical talent 

• Own the sourcing process from research, outreach, initial contact and throughout engagement 

• Continuously search and engage highly skilled talent and present to the business even if an opening is not available 

Qualifications/Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree 

• 5+ years of experience working as a sourcer in a corporate or agency setting in a high-growth and/or fast-paced environment focusing on technical profiles 

• Expert understanding of the sourcing lifecycle and understanding of TA tools such as LinkedIn and Talent Insights 

• Advanced knowledge of the candidate market, as well as industry specific knowledge 

• Advanced ability in a wide range of existing and emerging sourcing strategies 

• Advanced ability in gathering, analyzing and reporting on data 

• Expert-level talent and market mapping abilities 

• Demonstrated ability to build inclusive networks & relationships
