Product Cybersecurity Key Management Service Manager (Junior/Mid)
Responsibilities:
- Administration of Key Management platform (user management, deploying firmware updates and patches, data retention)
- Maintaining Key Management platform in accordance to agreed escalation path
- Ensuring 1st level support in troubleshooting process in accordance to operational concept
- Managing outsource relationship for 3rd party application, ensure compliance to SLA’s
- Collaborate with internal and external IT professionals on technical issues and developments
- Collaboration in projects with cross-functional ZF IT team and external partner for tasks such as: technical evaluation of IT landscape, operational concept development, ensure that project’s deliverables are compliant with ZF IT guidelines (ORA – Operational Readiness Assurance)
- Maintenance and publication of the service catalog and administrative support of stakeholders in the implementation of changes
- Defining Communication Matrix for critical components, based on agreed Network Topology regard Firewalls setup
- Constant platform monitoring and improving monitoring rules based on identified and documented events/occurrences
- Development and constant update of Service related documentation: Operational Manuals, Knowledge Database (KDB) Articles, User Manuals
- Coordination of Penetration tests, conducted by third party company: preparation workshops, ensuring access to components, overview of end report results and proposing remedies with given circumstances
- Handling Tickets in BMC Remedy, related to Service, as well as documenting events based on individual user inquiries
- Defining Authorization concepts and ensuring implementation of those
- Defining and executing Disaster Recovery Scenarios (DRS), as well as ensuring at least annual review and documenting it
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in automation technology / IT
- At least five years of professional experience in IT service management, IT controlling and/or IT-related follow-up processes
- Understanding ITIL V3 principals and processes
- Analytical, independent and interdisciplinary thinking and acting with customer focus
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to attend workshops with multi time-zone audience
- Knowledge of modern IT technologies and processes such as: Active Directory (SAML/OAuth), REST API, Penetration Tests, High Availability clusters, SIEM Monitoring (e.g. Splunk), API Gateways (OpenAPI)
- Familiarity with IT system TCO and it’s elements
Nice to have:
- Experience with Key Management class system or Public Key Infrastructure, utilizing Hardware Security Modules (HSM)
- Knowledge regard NIST SP 800, FIPS 140 standards, Modern Cryptography Standards in both Symmetric and Asymmetric Cryptography
