Process Engineer


Final Assembly Process Engineer is responsible for developing , implementing, Optimizing & supporting Final Process and equipments such as but not limited to Automation, manual assy, dispensing and curing of chemicals. As an engineering will plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of the engineering work.Also will lead and coordinate continuous improvement process for Final Assembly Processes. 


  1. Responsible for the activities related to the development and support of  Final Assy  processes including analyzing & improving quality, capacity, and capability. 

  1. Perform root cause analysis, process capability studies, and implement process controls to ensure process performance requirements are met and sustained. 

  1. Develop equipment, materials, and process performance requirements, performs vendor searches and equipment evaluation to ensure adequate capability to produce quality product in required quantities at an effective cost. 

  1. Develops process specifications, and designs & procures process tooling, documentation. 

  1. Provide technical support for new product launches including establishing process recipes, tooling procurement, and performing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews identifying improvements for manufacturability. 

  1. Lead new technology development with emphasis in continuous improvement and benchmarking. 

  1. Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers. 

  1. Timely completion of Mid-Large scale projects. 

  1. Lead cross-functional and cross-divisional teams in implementing technical and strategic initiatives. 


  1. Bachelor's degree required in engineering; Industrical, Electrical or Manufacturing PREFERRED with at least 3 years experience at Final assembly processes at automotive electronic industry. 

  1. Experience with implementation and technical support of PCBA assembly processes & equipment for Final Assy Processes at electronic automotive industry. 

  1. Team leadership skills, project management skills, and the capability to communicate and influence others. 

  1. Experience utilizing Problem solving and decision-making tools. 

  1. Experience in the evaluation & selection of process materials and equipment, i.e. fluxes, coating, adhesives, solders, and sealants. 

  1. Experience with supporting PFMEA, control plans and APQP Process. 

  1. Experience on Continuous improvement Process for Quality, capacity, capability , OEE & cost reduction 

  1. On hands experience on Root cause analysis for Final Asembly processes.  

  1. Experience on performing DFM reviews for Final Assembly processes.   

  1. Experience on benchmarking of new technologies with emphasis on Continuous improvement. 

  1. English minimum of 60%
