Job Description: LCM Engineer (Engineer 1 or Engineer 2)
Job Overview:
Life Cycle Management (LCM) is responsible for managing engineering changes on products after the design phase is completed. LCM engineers will become familiar with multiple designs, and work closely with customers, manufacturing teams, and suppliers. Primary tasks will include reviewing the impact of change requests from suppliers or VAVE activities, and coordinating validation of these changes with customers. Secondary tasks will include supporting other product changes driven by component shortages, customer requests, results from warrant analysis, or design improvements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and Implement Supplier Requests for Changes
- Investigate/implement value-added engineering opportunities
- Review warranty data
- Develop and coordinate validation efforts
- Releasing drawing updates
- Create and Present change proposals to customers
Qualifications:
- BS Electrical Engineering
- Methodical /Detail-Driven
- Good communication skills
- Ability to Multi-task
