Head of HR Operatins North America

We are looking to hire a  Shared Service HR head to join our team at Monterrey.

Your tasks


- Implement and manage regional Shared Services for North America in close cooperation with regional HR leadership and GSSO organization

- Establish and develop a comprehensive service catalogue for North America Shared Services

- Ensure service delivery based on defined KPIs and fulfillment of legal and employee related requirements

- Ongoing enhancement and improvement of processes and lifting efficiency potentials via economies of scale

- Responsible for vendor management with any third parties needed to fulfill the service delivery in Cooperation with Corp. IT, CoE Payroll & Time and others

- Support the CoEs and  in systems and process harmonization and drive digitalization efforts together with CoEs and digitalization team


Your background

- 8+ years experience in HR processes and HR data management

- Very good knowledge and experience in establishing, running and steering SSC operations

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset

- Highly analytical and at the same time very integrative personality

- Detailed knowledge of HR IT systems

- Excellent Project Management skills in complex global projects
