Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague in the Talent Acquisition Department at our location in Monterrey, Mexico.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop job postings and decide where to source for qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening with candidates to determine match to the position requirements. Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested.
  • Work closely with local human resources representatives and hiring managers to prepare and extend employment offers and complete search process (e.g. feedback to candidates not selected, etc.).
  • Manage compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment (applicant recordkeeping, etc.).
  • Maintain a variety of recruiting data and prepare reports to communicate recruitment status and performance against identified metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, days to close, interview:hire ratio, etc.).
  • May be responsible for providing coaching/training to human resources representatives and/or hiring teams on use of situation-based interview techniques.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree required, preferably in the field directly related to Human Resources (HR Development, Labor Relations, etc.)
  • Ability to travel to university events when needed (less than 10%).
  • 1+ years relevant experience. 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
