We are looking for a new colleague in our department HR Operations (HOOX) at Monterrey, MX. In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers, and HR colleagues for the Americas region. We are looking for team members who enjoy managing HR administrative processes in a global environment and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers.

Your tasks as HR Ops Service Excellence Specialist:

  1. Drive Operational Excellence
  • Actively participate in optimization projects within HR Operations, considering planning, design, testing, implementation, and control phases.
  • Analyze current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and develop strategic action plans to enhance efficiency.
  • Establish an operational excellence landscape encompassing knowledge management, KPIs, customer service, training & onboarding, and more, ensuring a holistic approach to efficiency.
  • Coordinate the intake program that enables de transition/centralization of services/processes into HR Operations.
  1. Automation & Digitalization:
  • Support the automation and digitalization of HR Ops business processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to streamline operations and increase productivity.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Train employees in the effective use of business applications, empowering them with the knowledge and skills required for optimal performance.
  • Conduct training sessions on process optimization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  1. Change Management & Communication:
  • Lead change management initiatives to seamlessly integrate new operational models in HR Ops.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to promote awareness and understanding of operational changes, ensuring a smooth transition.
     

Your profile as HR Ops Service Excellence Specialist

  • Completed university degree and previous experience (minimum 4 year) in a (HR) Shared Service Center
  • Experience using Human Capital Systems (e.g., Success Factors, Workday) and Case Management Systems (e.g., CRM Dynamics, Service Now, Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills, client focus mindset, problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness to prioritize between tasks with different deadlines and complexity.
  • Project Management and Continues Improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work professionally & proactively with a remote client base and in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in English required (Portuguese is a plus)

Depending on fulfillment of the above tasks and individual qualifications
