We are looking for an HR Ops Learning Analyst to join our team in Monterrey. In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers and HR colleagues for the Americas region. We are looking for team members who enjoy managing HR administrative processes in a global environment and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR transaction support for Learning and Talent Management (enrollment, class/course creations, reports, first level support for talent management procesess, instructional design, etc.) via a Ticketing System to resolve requests in a time and quality manner
  • Complete administrative tasks in the internal HR systems according to predetermined guidelines and procedures and create respective documents that support the regulations of the country-specific legal environment
  • Create and deliver reports
  • Actively build and develop the HR knowledge base to help HR Operations colleagues perform duties with efficiency and high quality
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of experience in Human Resources field, preferably in a Shared Services set up
  • Detailed knowledge of different HR processes and HR Data Management
  • Experience using Microsoft office package, HR Data Management systems (SuccessFactors is a plus) and Ticketing system (Service Now is a plus) and or LMS systems. 
  • Ability to complete HR processes and transactions in multiple systems successfully and simultaneously
  • Passionate attention to detail while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially, reacting quickly to problems and issues
  • Service orientation, change management mind-set
  • Proficiency in English is a must
