Controller Lead

We are looking to hire a Controller Lead to join our Finance team in ZF Monterrey:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing and monitoring internal controls 
• Communication between Internal control auditors, business and global internal controls team
• Ensuring that requests are submitted timely by the business and all GAPs are closed before deadline.
• Align processes and policy across the regions,
• Proficient in IFRS, Internal Controls,
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and financial accounting.
• Comfortable creating presentations for our regional- divisional management,
• Summarizing status updates of internal control implementation and any open items

Requirements:       

• Accounting or Finance Degree
• 5+ years of experience  as Financial Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem solving
• High attention to detail and Assertiveness
• Excellent computer skills using MS Office.
• Knowledge in SAP system.
