We are looking to hire a Lead System Engineer to join our brand new R&D Center at Monterrey Nuevo Leon.

Your tasks as Lead System Engineer:

• Coordination and functional leadership of the project team including system, hardware and software development
• Interface to customer regarding all electronic engineering topics
• Analysis of the requirements for the electronic occupant safety systems based on customer specifications and ZF internal requirements
• Definition of the design and architecture of the system
• Responsible for problem resolution
• Ensuring quality requirements according to ASPICE and ASIL (ISO 26262)

 Your profile as Lead System Engineer:

• Successfully completed engineering studies in electronics, embedded system, or software
• Several years of professional experience in the development of electronic systems within the automotive industry
• Experience in product development according to ASPICE and ISO 26262
• Assertiveness, target-oriented and structured working methods, ability to work in a team
• Willingness of intercultural work environment, willigness to travel (also for several months, especially during the training and ramp-up phase)
