About the Team
The Technical Complaint Management department is a dynamic and growing team of nine members, hailing from four different countries. The team operates as an IT service center, primarily managing applications within the SAP S/4 and SAP R/3 systems. They adopt an agile approach to ensure flexibility and responsiveness in their operations.

What you can look forward to as SAP ERP Program Application Developer/Consultant

• Implementation and customizing of applications in SAP ERP and S/4 HANA environments including respective interfaces
• Participation in corporate projects and orders, self-responsible performing of work packages
• Support the creation of requirement specifications/User Stories
• Creation of functional and technical specifications
• Collaboration with external developers by coordinating their implementation tasks
• Handling rollout activities for established applications.

Your Profile as SAP ERP Program Application Developer/Consultant

• Degree in (Business) Information Technology or related disciplines
• Experience in SAP application customizing, ABAP/ABAP OO ideally within SAP Quality Management Module (UI5/FIORI is an advantage)
• Experience and knowledge in agile approaches as well as excellent analytical skills and process thinking
• Fluent spoken and written English (Further language skills e.g. German are an advantage)
• Flexibility, good team work experience and strong communication skills in an international environment
