About the Team:

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.

What you can look forward to as a Digital Transformation Agent:

• Driving the implementation of all project related design activities within a region (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, India) with specific legal and local requirements, but strong focus on the global standards of Controlling
• Identifying gaps between existing Controlling functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site and creating ideas how to close them focusing on the global standards defined in the ERP Template
• Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes
• Taking on the role of a Process Expert in Controlling (Define & adjust standard Process for the ERP-Template when required)
• Taking on the role of a sub-project manager for the relevant process domain in order to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goals
• Training Key-Users at the ZF site
• Conducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site
• Guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks
• Ensuring proper business execution after GoLive of SAP ERP template
• Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions

Your profile as Digital Transformation Agent:

• Extensive process experience in the area of Managerial Accounting, Controlling
• Good functional SAP experience in Controlling incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules
• Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects
• Knowledge of general company processes which affects Controlling
• Knowledge of specific legal or local process requirements
• Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach
• Empathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries
• Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals
• Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide
• Fluent English language skills
