Customer Service Rep - Temp

We are looking for a new colleague in the Aftermarket Customer Service Department at our location in Monterrey, MX 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Research and respond to customer requests for quote, parts availability, order status, and related requests at regular intervals throughout the day as instructed
  • Process and confirm customer orders utilizing ERP system(s). 
  • Function as location lead. 
  • Manage specific Customer Accounts
  • Manage Scheduling Agreements to ensure on time delivery
  • Monitoring of customer portals for shipment processing; monitoring inventory levels and researching any disputed charges and/or fines.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Bilingual english-spanish
  • At least 6 months of experience preferably in customer service
