ADAS Camera Perception Function Owner

ZF is looking to hire an ADAS Camera Perception Function Owner to join our team at our state of the art R&D center located in Monterrey Mexico.

Responsibilities:

• Act as single point of contact for all camera perception (Computer Vision) topics internally and externally
• Negotiate camera perception requirements with customers and suppliers
• Define/derive camera perception Key Performance Indicators
• Analyze camera perception issues report by project team or customer
• Plan, track and report on closure of camera perception issues
• Develop strategies for camera perception testing
• Support camera perception strategy development
• Provide support for effort estimation of change requests or RFI/RFQ
• Check and ensure quality of engineering deliverables
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Computer Science or related subjects; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience
• Strong background in computer vision
• Experience with Automotive Computer Vision Algorithms
• Strong communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• High level of autonomy
• Experience in requirements elicitation, derivation, construction and management
• Experience with requirements database tool DOORS
• Python and C coding skills
• Experience with Version Control Software such as PTC/Integrity, Git, PVCS etc
• Business fluent written and spoken Spanish and English
