ADAS Algorithm Project Lead

ZF is looking to hire an ADAS Algorithm Project Lead to join our team at our state of the art R&D center located in Monterrey Mexico.



  • Responsible for the delivery of algorithm work products according to development process
  • Customer interface for algorithm / function topics
  • Provide support for effort estimation of change requests or RFI/RFQ
  • Plan resource destribution
  • Coordinate communication/activities between team members and between departments
  • Order materials needed for project team
  • Check and ensure the quality of engineering deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related subject
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Experience in automotive algorithm development
  • Experience with Version Control Software such as PTC/Integrity, Git, PVCS, etc
  • Understanding of the Automotive development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of ASPICE standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of autonomy


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with a complete automotive project from kickoff to series production
  • Familiarity in model-based development (Simulink, Targetlink preferred)
  • Skill with software test tools such as QAC, Cantata, Polyspace, TPT, etc
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, derivation, construction, and management
  • Python and C coding skills
  • Background in computer vision
  • Experience with requirements database tool DOORS
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
