Abour the Team

Our Supply Chain and Production Control team manages end-to-end supply chain operations, from demand planning to material procurement, logistics coordination, and inventory optimization. The team collaborates closely with domestic and overseas customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure stable production and on-time delivery. We play a critical role in achieving operational excellence and supporting business growth.

What you can look forward to as a SCM Specialist:

• Develop and adjust production plans based on customer forecasts while coordinating with domestic and overseas suppliers and customers on schedules and engineering changes.
• Manage procurement of materials and components from overseas affiliates, including raw materials for new or modified products, and maintain accurate ERP (SAP) system records.
• Monitor assembly process progress and optimize production schedules to support stable manufacturing operations.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics and warehouse activities from raw material receiving to line supply, finished goods shipment, and exporting/importing across global locations.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods through effective stock control and delivery tracking.
• Manage shipping operations including on-time delivery, transportation arrangements, and preparation of shipping documents.
• Collaborate with quality, purchasing, and logistics departments to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Communicate with overseas sites in English through emails and meetings, ensuring smooth global coordination.Develop and adjust production plans based on customer forecasts while coordinating with domestic and overseas suppliers and customers on schedules and engineering changes.

Your Profile as a SCM Specialist:

• 3+ years of experience in production control, supply chain management, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ equivalent) and strong communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including overseas sites.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as SAP, with the ability to manage and analyze operational data.
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to address operational and supply chain issues effectively.
• Experience coordinating with overseas locations, suppliers, or customers in a global supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of production engineering or quality control processes.
• Experience in project management or cross‑functional coordination roles.
• Working knowledge of industry standards such as IATF16949 or ISO14001, including audit experience.
