You will be responsible for the procurement of parts produced at overseas production tics, inventory, and documentation processes from order to delivery.

What you can look forward as Procurement:

• Obtain customer order quantities and accurately place orders with overseas company sites (China, U.S., Mexico, etc.)
• Manage inventory cased on shipment and order quantities, coordinating with external warehouses for efficient shipping and delivery
• Ensure optimal logistics performance from order to receipt to delivery
• Process sales quantities and item numbers in the internal system, and issue invoices and payment request forms
• Maintain effective communication with customers to anticipate demand changes, identify potential issues, and promptly take necessary actions. Submit necessary documents, and in case of complaints, prepare and submit 8D and 5Why reports
• For new business projects, estimate logistics and related costs

Your profile as Procurement:

• Excellent communication in Japanese and English (Oral and Written communication)
•  Minimum 3 years of work experience in general administrative work
• Prefer to have procurement or related experience
• Ability to quickly learn the company system and operation
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
