About the Team:

Our Manufacturing Engineering team plays a key role in establishing, improving, and standardizing assembly processes to support high‑quality, efficient production. The team collaborates closely with global affiliates, suppliers, and cross‑functional partners to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement. We strive to drive innovation and technical excellence throughout our manufacturing activities.

 

What you can look forward to as a Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Launch and improve assembly processes using automated and special‑purpose machinery. 
  • Design and standardize assembly processes, including work instructions and process flow documentation. 
  • Review specifications, introduce production equipment, and support equipment launch and commissioning. 
  • Analyze equipment issues, implement countermeasures, and support preventive maintenance. 
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventive actions. 
  • Coordinate technically with overseas affiliates and sister plants regarding part specifications and process changes. 
  • Improve productivity through process enhancements such as cycle time reduction and yield improvement. 
  • Manage manufacturing processes from safety, environmental, and 5S perspectives. 
  • Negotiate and coordinate with equipment manufacturers and external vendors. 
  • Prepare technical documents and deliver internal technical training. 


Your Profile as a Manufacturing Engineer:

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production engineering within a manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience in launching and improving automated or special‑purpose machinery. 
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control engineering—including PLCs and robot control. 
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on troubleshooting capability on the production floor. 
  • Experience improving productivity (e.g., cycle‑time reduction, yield improvement). 
  • Understanding of TPM and Industrial Engineering methodologies. 
  • English communication skills for overseas collaboration (TOEIC 600+ guideline). 
  • Experience in the automotive parts industry or in technology transfer/start‑up support at overseas facilities.
