Your Tasks:

  • Actively partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies, support employee and organizational development, and lead all HR process and activities for the assigned organizations.
  • Translates business priorities into HR strategies and drive decision making and deliver results
  • Work across functions to ensure that talent acquisition strategies align with business plans; career and skill development efforts bring measurable results and that core HR processes operate with excellence.
  • Accountable for coordinating key initiatives and projects, including efforts such as managing annual HR processes, driving talent management and development, and leading the employee engagement efforts.
  • Provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and deliver management and employee training.
  • Support C&B Country Expert and actively lead and engage in C&B process and projects, such as annual salary review, incentive calculation, design of compensation packages, compliance with the local legislation, and pay equity and identify trends and implementing new practices to engage and motivate employees

 

Your Profile:

  • Experience: Min 3 years’ work experience as a successful HR leader with min 3 direct reports. Successful experience as a C&B manager or similar role
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field are preferred
  • The role expects a demonstration of excellent communication skills both in Japanese and English; Strategic thinking and planning ability; Analytical and goal oriented; Thorough knowledge of labor legislation; Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices; Strong business acumen, and the agility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment.
