Job Description

 About the Role
Join ZF's Supply Chain team in Miramar, FL to learn and develop your skills as a professional within the field. We are looking for students who are available to work as soon as possible (December or January preferred). This is not a summer internship opportunity. 
What you will do as Buyer Intern: 

  •  Provide general clerical support across most functional areas of our purchasing department, which may include data input, materials analysis and/or administrative support as well as tracking orders and/or part changes
  • Perform routine administrative tasks and contribute to some light analysis
  • Take on responsibility for supplier communications within an area of specialty in addition to maintaining records (i.e. order tracking, parts lists, etc.)

Qualifications for the Buyer Intern: 

  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Must be in pursuit of a college degree majoring in either Supply Chain, Business, or a similar field of study
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
