Supply Chain Coordinator - Spare Parts

We are looking for a new colleague in the Customer Service Department at our location in Marysville, MI  



  • Maintain a functional layout of designated spare parts/supplies areas.
  • Maintain and Optimize incoming and disbursement procedures for spare parts and supplies.
  • Maintain repair procedure for rebuilt components. Maintain and track repairs outgoing and incoming using database.
  • Working with maintenance supervisor’s daily providing support for hot orders and replacement/ repaired parts.
  • Maintain databases for Inventory Management; Current Inventory, Repairs (Incoming and outgoing), and Hot items (including spare parts or supplies) for easy timely auditing.
  • Sustain bar code tracking system process for incoming and disbursement orders. 
  • Support Spare parts supervisor in working with maintenance superintendents using SAP - Develop document/spread sheet and using SAP to maintain high level inventory – following TS 16969 process – Key equipment, key spare parts, key PM’s, and key training. Responsibilities’ are for the first two.



  • Two year degree in related field preferred. Minimum of one year experience in a leadership role.
  • Problem solving skills required. Must have the ability to identify a problem, and individually, or within a team, come up with a plan of action and follow through until completion.
  • Good computer skills required; Versatile with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel. Familiar with SAP software helpful.

Work Environment:  While performing the duties of the job, the associate is exposed to an engineering lab atmosphere with some office exposure.  The engineering lab includes a machine shop, where the associate is exposed to potentially hazardous equipment and moderate to high noise levels, both requiring the use of protective equipment in order to ensure the safety of the associate.
