Position Summary:  Maintenance Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling maintenance employees with approved work from Senior Maintenance Planner through development of standardized job plan process for Planned work order strategies. The Scheduler will be responsible for working with Operations to schedule idle equipment for execution of work according to the job plan.  Reporting directly to the Maintenance Superintendents, responsibilities will be assigned and goals set consistent with plant goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the Bevel Gear Division Maintenance Team - 3 shift operations to utilize Cost Center jump machine strategies to hold current to 2-4 week backlog of PM and Planned work.
• Manage the details of scheduling within the CMMS systems for Maintenance, which includes the following; Coordinate with production scheduling to determine non-production opportunities to execute planned maintenance, including weekday, weekend, and extended downtime periods. Verify Labor, parts, and equipment needs and update work orders in detail. Lead Backlog Review Meeting with Planner, Production and Maintenance Supervisors.
• Edit and post all weekly communication backlog documents on department boards - Excel
• Track and update Planned/Scheduled vs Actual KPI
• Coordinate with Spares all Hot Parts eta, planned parts eta, with work order details for scheduling
• Manage the CMMS with the Planner to enhance the Maintenance work order process
• Lead with the EFMEA Facilitator all findings into preventive and predictive maintenance work captured into the CMMS.
• Lead, Attend and participate in Shop Floor Management and other meetings, as needed

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Training/Education Requirements:  High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
• One year of similar maintenance experience plus 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills required; candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
• Must be flexible to work off-shift hours when necessary, as Marysville is a 3-shift operation.
• Must be available to work overtime on days and/or weekends when necessary.
