About the Team:
The Supply Chain team is a fast-paced, collaborative group focused on ensuring seamless material flow, supplier coordination, and on-time delivery to meet customer demands. They work closely across functions to proactively manage shortages, optimize inventory, and drive continuous process improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What you can look forward to as Supply Chain Specialist: 

• Run customer-specific bill of material checks
• Compile weekly SMT tracker demand for shortage components
• Compile supplier commitment/shipment updates within tracker
• Understand plant usage and customer run-out dates and escalate shortages as needed
• Address carrier delivery issues for inbound/outbound material.
• Compile Customer Tracker info as needed
• Expedite material shortages and provide purchasing support
• Ensure balance of stock on-hand between plants during shortages
• Understand material flow within plant – SAP locations and transactions

Your profile as Supply Chain Specialist: 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & V-lookup).
• Minimum of four years of experience in production/supplier planning and purchasing/supply chain management.
• Bachelors degree in a related field, an Associates degree in a related field with a minimum of seven years’ experience in production/supplier planning and purchasing/supply chain management; or a high school diploma with ten years of experience in production/supplier planning and purchasing/supply chain management.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience using SAP.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Exceptional data entry skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
